ULI–the Urban Land Institute is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit research and education organization supported by its members. CREDAI is the apex body of the organized real estate developers/builders across India. 19 state/city level association viz. Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Chattisgarh, Delhi-NCR, Goa, Gujrat, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharastra, Orissa, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamilnadu, Uttar Pradesh & West Bengal spread over across 17 states of India are members of CREDAI with over 3,500 individual members developers encompassing over 60% of the organised private state/cities in the country.
