Job Title: DGM – Procurement
To manage the procurement of goods and services required for delivering property management services. Responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers. The Procurement Manager’s duty is to discover the best ways to optimize the procurement expenses.
- Leads, defines and delivers a complete end to end Procurement service for a defined set of Categories using a Category Management process with clear [short, medium and long-term] fiscal and service targets for delivery
- Create/build, define and deliver Procurement RFI’s, RFP’s/eRFX’s, as well as analyzing trends in the market place in order to deliver leading edge Procurement solutions
- Own and deliver the Supplier Relationship Management and Customer Relationship Management models within defined Category parameters, including the building, evaluation and execution of vendor performance reports/appraisals/improvement plans
- Lead medium to long-term strategic partnerships with suppliers based an; Assurance of Supply, Quality, Service, Cost and Innovation
