Arjun Menda, Founder
Mr. Arjun Menda ventured into the real estate business in 1980 and has gone forward to build this empire that is RMZ Corp today. With years of real estate experience behind him, he founded RMZ Corp. Since its inception, RMZ has concentrated on construction of multi-storied office buildings for software companies in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Kolkata.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical engineering from Guindy Engineering College and a Masters of Technology from IIT Karagpur, Mr. Arjun Menda began his career as an Industrial and Production Engineer. He worked with M/s. Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, Bombay between 1959 and 1963 and M/s. Gabriel India Limited, Bombay from 1963 to 1967. With 8 years of experience, he went on to start a small scale industry in Bangalore in 1967. Mr. Arjun Menda was associated with several small scale industries in Bangalore manufacturing Precision Tuned Parts and Pressed Parts.
Business activities of RMZ Corp are now looked after by his two sons – Raj Menda and Manoj Menda.

Mr. H.S Srinivas is the Chairman of RMZ Infotech (P) Ltd. He has been associated with the RMZ Group for the last 9 years.

A senior Banker and a global financial and Real Estate management professional with strong strategic leadership and operational skills.

Established a bank in Mauritius.

Successful in driving profitable growth and in building and leading a culturally diverse team.

Worked as an advisor / consultant to large Corporates and Multi-national companies operating in India.

Raj Menda, MD
Mr. Raj Menda is the Co-Owner and Managing Director of RMZ Corp, a leading commercial and residential real estate company in India. He has been transforming RMZ into a progressive, competitive and customer-driven organization. As the Chief Strategist of RMZ Corp, his responsibilities include managing organizational performance, formulating business strategy and plans, defining the scope of enterprise, initiating business goals, developing new markets, forecasting and analysing finance for projects.

His vision and leadership have led RMZ Corp to become one of the largest real estate developers in India today. RMZ, founded in 2002 by Raj Menda and his family, has developed more than 1.58 million square meters (17 million sft) of Class A office space in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, and Pune. At RMZ, Raj is responsible for sourcing funds, striking deals, and developing and managing office, residential, retail, and hospitality properties.

Raj is the past President of CREDAI Karnataka, the State Real Estate Developer’s Association. He was a member of the National Executive Committee 2009 – 2011 of National Real Estate Developers Association and the Past Hon Secretary of the National Real Estate Developers Association CREDAI. He is at present the Chairman of the Commercial Real Estate Committee of the National Real Estate Developers Association of India – CREDAI and a member of the Governing Council Body of CREDAI.

Raj is the first Indian to be on the Urban Land Institute - Awards for Excellence Jury. He is the Past Chairman - 2009 Jury of the Urban Land Institute - Awards for Excellence, Asia Pacific. He is presently a member of the 2010-2013 Europe and Middle East Jury of the Urban Land Institute - Awards for Excellence. Raj is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute and Global Real Estate Institute. He is the Past Chapter Chair of Young Presidents Organisation, Bangalore Chapter.

Raj has attended many international training seminars and addressed real estate conferences abroad. He has completed various prestigious certified courses overseas. Some of these include Real Estate Executive Seminar and Certified course from Harvard Business School, Structuring Real Estate Finance from Euro money training- Singapore, Master Class in Commercial Real estate from Terrapin – Singapore, Financing & Investing in Real Estate projects from Urban Land Institute, USA and Certified course of Euro money Training Asia

Manoj Menda, one of the founder members of RMZ Corp has been actively involved in various aspects of Investment, Development & Management.
