After completing his Masters of Technology from IIT Kharagpur, he ventured into the real estate business in 1980 and went on to build the empire that is RMZ Corp today. Always the visionary, he started his entrepreneurial journey in 1967 with a small-scale industry in Bengaluru and went on to be associated with several others, before setting up RMZ.

Under his futuristic guidance, RMZ has done ground-breaking work, blazing a trail in the construction of multistoried office buildings for software companies in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Kolkata.
